What a couple of weeks

What a couple of weeks it has been, mum is out of hospital again after her liver transplant operation in march, I've moved house and had to set up the gym and training facility in general and now I'm sick and spent most of last night throwing up. And to make things even better I have people coming over to have an early Christmas dinner.
I'm contemplating trying to drown what ever bug I have with wild turkey and see if it survives or not?
I will let you all know how this goes in the next day or so

So with all the adversities of the last couple of weeks there are a couple of good things that have come out of it.
I'm in a new house which also doubles as an awesome training facility that is ideal for mma and muay Thai ( and is set up and going) it also caters for strength and weightloss as well as triathlon so what ever the client wants they can get it all in one place

Mum is out of hospital so that's a good thing

And finally I've started running again and am enjoying it, the new place is surrounded by water and has some nice running tracks so life is all good

Until next time........

Welcome

Welcome to my new blog, i have a couple of other fitness business blogs available at www.balancedtriathloncoaching.com.au and www.balancedpersonaltraining.net but thought it was time to create a more personal blog about life in general after reading http://courage-to-live-my-best-life.blogspot.com/ so the plan is to write a warts and all blog as often as possible on what its like to work as a trainer and coach while going through a divorce and having two small kids to raise 50% of the time. its going to be a roller coaster ride so buckle up its gonna be fun.
